Thank you for your interest in our Clinical Psychology Internship Program. For the 2018-2019 internship year, we will be offering seven positions: Three positions will be in the Autism Track, one position in the Child/Pediatric Psychology Track, one in the Adult/Adult Health Psychology Track, one in the Generalist Track (half Child/Pediatric and half Adult/ Health Psychology Track) and one in the Integrated Care Track.

Please note: we may be adding a seventh position in an Integrated Care Track, but funding for this position will not be confirmed until sometime this fall.   Please check back or contact us for updates if you are interested in this potential training experience.

Applications for admission to our Psychology Internship Program will only be accepted from graduate students enrolled in APA Accredited Doctoral Programs in Clinical Psychology. It is expected that successful applicants will have completed at least three years of graduate training which has included formal educational and clinical experiences with assessment and intervention, as well as training and experience with research.

In order to be considered for admission to this program for the training year beginning July of 2018, you must submit your completed application via the APPIC Online Application Portal no later than November 1st, 2017. Please note that we have five different match numbers: Autism Track (129413), Child/Pediatric Track (129414), Adult/ Health Psychology Track (129415), Generalist Track (129416) and Integrated Care Track (129411)   Applicants may elect to apply to more than one track. Please indicate which track(s) you would like to apply for in your cover letter. We adhere to all APPIC Policies throughout the application and selection process.

In late November, you will be notified by email regarding whether or not you are being offered an interview at our site. We will invite approximately 50 applicants to come to Indianapolis on one of our two interview dates: Tuesday, January 9 and Thursday, January 11, 2018. During the interview days, applicants will receive an overview of the program, meet with faculty and current interns, and tour our training facilities. Each applicant will participate in at least two individual interviews with faculty members. Please be advised that if you are asked to come for an interview we will ask you either to supply us with a photograph of yourself, or we will take one of you on the day of the interview. The photographs will only be used to help faculty accurately recall each applicant and are in no way used for decision-making or evaluation.

We look forward to reviewing your completed application through the APPIC Online Application Portal.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Sincerely,

Ann Lagges, PhD, HSPP
